Cleaning Instructions for Aerobika
1) Soap and Water: Wash in solution of lukewarm clean water and liquid dish detergent for 15 minutes and then to rinse in warm distilled water. To dry shake parts of any excess water and allow to dry thoroughly before reassembling. 
 
2)Dishwasher: Put parts in a dishwasher basket at top of dishwasher in a normal wash cycle with dishwaher tabelt/detergent and rinse aid. 
 
At the end of everyday they also recommend disinfecting the Aerobika by one of the following means:
 
1)Electric Steam Steriliser: (Avent Steam Steriliser is a popular recommend brand) 
2) Bleach: 1 part bleach to 50 parts water for 3 minutes (Milton is recommend brand)
3)Boiling: Bring water to the boil and place parts in. Boil for ten minutes. Ensure that you have heat resistant material on base of pan or pot so as Aerobika does not comes in direct contact with the base of pot or pan.
4) Microwave Steam Bag: Follow manufacture instructions
5)Isopropyl Alcohol 70%: Soak parts for five minutes and rinse with distilled water.
